Our Education Department keeps all of our teachers on the same page through training, workshops, and assessments. Curriculum-specific training ensures each classroom is teaching the government-approved syllabus in a way that is age-group appropriate.

As teachers are reminded to record frequent objective observations, we ensure that every child’s progress is seen. Prompted by observation cards and books, teachers are trained to make as many notes as possible, helping them craft lesson plans specifically for their students.

Planning is just as important as reviewing at Be Above, as it enables individualization for each child—we are proud to not use a cookie-cutter education. By conducting regular meetings, our team of trained teachers ensures their planned program is working for every child.
